Institutional

existence and who is doing it for, in the VISION which tells the aims to reach
the future, determining the goals that it wants to achieve in the medium and
long term on the basis of VALUES pledged to adhere to while carrying out all of
them, is a management tool that aims to mobilize all resources of the
institution in order to make these shorter TARGETS.
ÇÖZER TEXTILE
has adopted the Strategic Management Approach in order to manage its own
resources in the most appropriate way to the interests of the employees,
customers, suppliers, country and partners.
The targets which
has been adopted are common goals for all companies operating within ÇÖZER
TEKSTILE and each company supports the contribution of ÇÖZER TEKSTILE in
achieving its goal with its sub-objectives, process objectives and action
plans.
The leader of
the caravan in the desert follows the compass in his/her hand or the shape of
the stars in the sky to find his/her way between ever-changing mirages. Stars
are not places to arrive, but they are reliable guides to reach the next oasis.
